Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for checkout, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and card transactions accurately. Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure attractive displays and optimal product availability. Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Maintain proper cash handling procedures and perform basic retail math for transactions. Support inventory management through stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organization of merchandise. Demonstrate strong communication skills and phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person. Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong communication skills for engaging with customers remotely or in-store. Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance without compromising customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and cash transactions. Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty.
