Sales Associate

Position Description A retail sales assosiat will create a personal and exceptional experience for every customer and potential customer. A retail counter salesman will provide visitors with the information and knowledge needed to assist our local communities with our services. Major Areas of Responsibility

• Positively interact with customers and developing repeat customers.
• Advise customers on products and services as well as working knowledge of their vehicles.
• Clearly communicate with customers on services you are providing as well as the best repair options.
• Provide value added services to customers.
• Greet customers at their vehicles if possible. If not, greet them as they walk through the door.
• Constantly sharpen vehicle/tire knowledge through training programs.
• Demonstrate the ability to acquire and apply knowledge.

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
