We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Job is about a week long and it pays cash at the end of the season. If you have a secondary job I will work with your schedule all I ask is that you work on the 4th and 5th majority of the day. This job is outside work while you wont be in the sun you will be in the shade 95 percent of the time it is summer so it will still be hot out. Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
• Supervise and train new staff members on sales procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Experience
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management is a plus
