Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques Maintain knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management Utilize financial software to record sales and update customer accounts efficiently Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked to create an inviting shopping environment Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key Strong basic math skills including retail math and cash handling accuracy Ability to operate financial software and perform 10 key typing with speed and precision Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately A proactive attitude with the motivation to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Knowledge of tools and general construction Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
