Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist customers with product selection, providing recommendations based on their needs. Have the knowledge of Financing Maintain knowledge of current promotions, stock levels, and product features to effectively upsell items. . Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the retail environment. Skills Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience manufactured homes retail to enhance customer satisfaction. Proficiency in working with finance companys and credit unions Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups. Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and strategies to drive sales performance. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required.
