RV Sales Consultant Job Description Position Title RV Sales Consultant Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about helping customers find the right recreational vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. This role involves building relationships with customers, demonstrating RV features and benefits, and guiding buyers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate RV models and options Conduct walk-through demonstrations of new and pre-owned RVs Explain financing, warranties, protection plans, and dealership services Follow up with leads through phone calls, email, text, and CRM systems Maintain knowledge of RV inventory, features, floorplans, and industry trends Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure a smooth delivery experience Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets Participate in dealership events, RV shows, and promotional activities Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required, RV, automotive, or powersports sales is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude and competitive drive Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Basic computer and CRM proficiency Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Skills Customer service oriented Comfortable negotiating and closing sales Ability to learn technical product information quickly Strong organizational and follow-up skills Team player with professional appearance and demeanor Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts Career growth opportunities Work Environment This position works in both showroom and outdoor lot environments and may require walking through inventory units, climbing steps into RVs, and working in varying weather conditions.

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
