Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Phone Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will help customers find the right mobile devices, plans, and accessories while delivering an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress. Engage in outside sales activities by meeting clients at their locations to discuss their needs and present solutions. Upsell additional products or services that align with client requirements to maximize revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Open to working at different store locations or relocating as business needs require (preferred) Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in sales is preferred, along with a solid understanding of upselling techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
