Our goal is to Reveal Beautiful Skin®, through exceptional services by professionally trained and certified waxing experts. Job Summary The Sales Associate role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving package sales, and building long lasting relationships with our guests both in person and over the phone. It is a fast paced, goal oriented position. This position offers an hourly rate of $16.90 to $17.90 per hour depending on experience plus a commission structure based on your personal sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage front desk operations, including phone etiquette and guest check-ins. Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively and meet targets. Manage and develop client accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building. Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities and strategies. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems Proven experience in sales, particularly in upselling and B2B environments Demonstrated ability in upselling and negotiation techniques Strong negotiation and customer service skills Ability to conduct effective product demos Experience in outside sales and territory management
