• Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Position Description We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates.

We offer flexible scheduling options, including part-time morning (AM) or evening (PM) shifts, accommodations for school schedules or secondary jobs, and full-time opportunities for qualified candidates. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all retail customers while supporting daily store operations in alignment with The UPS Store's commitment to professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and communication. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner Maintain strong communication and teamwork with coworkers and management Operate computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); photo editing experience is a plus but not required Utilize internet-based applications and store systems as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete assigned downtime duties and training requirements within established timelines Promote and recommend store products and services through cross-selling and upselling Process UPS and USPS shipments according to company guidelines Set up mailbox services following company procedures Create passport photos according to federal and state regulations Send and receive fax documents and process print requests for customers Follow approved packing standards to ensure Pack & Ship Guarantee eligibility Package vendor work orders according to specific instructions (e.g., Charter, AT&T, Meta, etc.) Sort and distribute mail and packages for mailbox holders Process Amazon 360 returns according to company and Amazon guidelines Organize and document Access Point and mailbox packages appropriately Assist customers with printing and other business service needs Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Effective verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 50-75+ pounds California residents must obtain a California Notary appointment at their own expense Schedule Options Full-Time Positions Available Part-Time Morning (AM) Shifts Part-Time Evening (PM) Shifts Flexible scheduling available for students or applicants with additional jobs.
