As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to achieve our business objectives. Your primary role will involve assisting customers with product knowledge, recommending suitable options, and processing transactions efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of sales techniques and product presentation
• Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer assistance to help them find the products they need
• Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
• Build rapport and establish a positive shopping experience for customers
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product selection, upselling, and payment
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, as needed
