Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic Event environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and fostering customer loyalty. Do you love banana bread, farmers markets, and talking to new people? We're a local banana bread company looking for enthusiastic Event Day Staff to join our seasonal team from October through May ! What You'll Be Doing:

Attend farmers markets and events throughout the Valley (day and night markets, Wednesday-Sunday). Set up and break down our booth, display, and product before and after each event. Engage with customers•hand out samples, answer questions, and talk about our delicious banana bread. Must be able to

TRANSPORT

: tent, bread, setup Use basic sales techniques to help move product and meet daily goals. Represent our brand with professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm. Film a short, fun video for social media at each event•you'll be walked through the process (it's super simple!).

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and confident people who love talking to others. Reliable, responsible, and punctual•events depend on you! Able to lift, carry, and help with event setup and teardown (booth/table/etc.). A love for banana bread is a major plus! Comfortable being on camera for social media content (nothing fancy, just fun and friendly). A valid food handler's card is required•if you don't have one yet, we'll help you get it. Experience in sales, retail, customer service , or working events is a plus.

October to May Flexible availability preferred•events run Friday to Sunday , with both day and evening shifts . Opportunities to work multiple events per week depending on your availability.
