Sales Coordinator / Deal Desk Manager Sinisi Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Deal Desk Manager to support our growing pipeline and ensure deals move efficiently from inquiry to close. This role is critical to maintaining momentum across sales, engineering, and leadership by enforcing process, driving follow-up, and ensuring visibility across all active opportunities. Key Responsibilities Ensure every deal has a next step, owner, and timeline Drive consistent follow-up and prevent stalled opportunities Coordinate quotes, drawings, and internal communication Light client interfacing and information gathering Maintain CRM accuracy (Pipedrive) Provide pipeline visibility and reporting What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) All active deals have clear next steps and ownership Reduction in stalled deals Improved quote turnaround time Consistent CRM usage across team Ideal Candidate Highly organized and process-driven Strong follow-through and accountability Comfortable coordinating across teams Pipedrive experience preferred Background in construction, manufacturing, or similar is a plus Compensation $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience
