What You'll Do :
Responsibilities may include a combination of the following depending on experience and strengths: Client Communication Respond quickly and professionally to client, lead, and agent communications Maintain high-touch communication throughout the client journey Coordinate updates between clients, lenders, title companies, agents, and vendors Help ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing Transaction Coordination Assist with managing transactions from contract to close Prepare, organize, and review contracts, disclosures, amendments, and related paperwork Track deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines Maintain organized digital files and internal systems Sales & Relationship Support Support lead follow-up and client communication plans Help maintain CRM systems and communication workflows Build relationships with prospective and current clients Assist with marketing and client engagement initiatives Problem Solving & Process Management Help troubleshoot issues and keep transactions moving smoothly Stay proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Take ownership of tasks big and small to support team success Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Passion for customer service and creating outstanding client experiences Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and digital systems Real estate experience or licensure preferred, but not required Customer service, or sales experience is a plus Why Join Currier & Company? Compensation & Benefits:
