Sales Director - Fitness & Performance Facility

Ascend Athletics Job Summary Ascend Athletics is seeking a driven, professional, and high energy Sales Director to help lead the growth and culture of one of New Jersey's premier performance training facilities. This is more than a sales role. We are looking for a leader who can drive revenue, build meaningful relationships, manage systems, develop team members, and help create a world class experience for every athlete and adult who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments, communicates at a high level, leads with professionalism, and takes pride in helping people grow. Responsibilities Drive membership growth through consultations, lead follow up, trial management, and retention systems Create a first class experience for every prospect, athlete, parent, and member Lead and hold the sales team accountable to performance expectations Manage lead conversion systems, reporting, scorecards, and active member tracking Reactivate former members and maintain consistent communication with leads Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and company goals Contribute to the development of coaches and interns through leadership and mentorship Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor daily Protect and uphold the culture and standards of Ascend Athletics Experience & Qualifications Preferred experience includes: Sales leadership Membership sales Client success or hospitality leadership Team management and accountability CRM and pipeline management systems Fitness industry experience Coaching Experience Candidates should possess: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence High level organization and time management Confidence, professionalism, and urgency Problem solving and decision making abilities A growth mindset and strong sense of accountability Experience in the fitness industry is preferred, but leadership and relationship building skills matter most. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
