Company Overview DS Fibertech Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial furnace systems, serving clients across industries such as semiconductor, fiber optic, solar, and scientific. With decades of expertise in high-temperature process solutions, we are committed to delivering technologically advanced and reliable thermal systems to our global customer base. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will serve as the key link between our engineering team and customers, leveraging technical knowledge to sell furnace systems and products. This role involves identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, and distributors. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand technical requirements and propose solutions. Technical Consultation Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to design customized furnace systems. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and act as the primary technical advisor for clients. Proposal & Quotation Management Develop detailed cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations. Negotiate contracts and terms in coordination with internal departments (engineering, legal, finance). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , or related technical field. 3+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or furnace manufacturing. Strong understanding of thermal processing systems, manufacturing, heat transfer, or metallurgical processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Willingness to travel domestically as needed. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Familiarity with standards like ASTM, ISO, NFPA, or CE compliance. Proficiency in CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo).
