$100,000 plus in your first 12 months Crown Exteriors opened in the La Crosse area on April 15, and we are looking for six figure hungry sales team members who are ready to help us grow. We are hiring people with strong sales skills, construction experience, or the drive to be trained into a top producer. This is a real opportunity for someone who wants to earn a strong income, serve homeowners, and grow into future leadership as Crown Exteriors builds the La Crosse market. Our current sales team has 5 reps, but only one is currently from La Crosse. The rest are coming from Eau Claire. That means there is an immediate opportunity for local salespeople to step in, learn the Crown system, and help us establish a strong local presence. Why This Opportunity Matters Crown Exteriors is actively growing in La Crosse and the surrounding areas We can show you a clear first 12 month path to $100,000 plus Our goal is to help you assist 50 plus customers with exterior projects in your first year A hungry, committed rep could strive for 75 to 100 new projects started in their first 12 months We sell multiple trades, giving reps year round income opportunities We provide sales training, field support, and estimating support We are looking for future leaders, not just sales reps What You Will Sell Crown Exteriors sells and installs: Roofing Siding Gutters Windows Decks Sales reps will learn how to create basic estimates for: Roofing Siding Gutters Our company creates window and deck estimates in house, so you can still bring in those opportunities without having to know every technical detail on day one. Current Market Opportunity Right now, our biggest focus is serving homeowners in the Westby area after a major hailstorm brought nearly 30 minutes of beer can size hail. Many homes in the area have damage to: Metal roofs Asphalt roofs Windows Siding Gutters Exterior surfaces facing the north and west sides of homes These homeowners need honest inspections, clear communication, and help understanding their options. This creates a major opportunity for the right sales team members to get active immediately. Positions We Are Hiring For In Field Trainer This role is for someone with advanced construction and sales experience.

You should be able to:

Lead by example in the field Train and support newer reps Help with inspections and customer conversations Understand roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and decks Set the standard for professionalism and production Help Crown Exteriors build the La Crosse sales team the right way Senior Sales Representative This role is for someone who can work more independently and produce quickly.

You should be able to:

Manage your own sales activity Work with homeowners from inspection to signed agreement Follow up with customers consistently Set the standard for what a strong Crown sales rep looks like Stay in a senior sales role, grow into an in field trainer role, or work toward a 2027 office manager opportunity Sales Representative in Training We have 2 openings for people with construction experience OR sales experience, and the hunger to be trained into a top producer.
