Sales Manager

Job Summary We're a small company looking for someone who wants to build, not just maintain. You'll own growth across sales, marketing, and roduct for our Magic Mounts brand - sold through distributors, retailers, and platforms life MagicMounts.com., Walmart, and Amazon. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience while managing key sales functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Expand into new customers, channels, and markets Grow existing distributor, retail, and ecommerce relationships Find revenue opportunities others miss Bring new product ideas based on real market signals Work directly on pricing strategy, margins, and positioning Help shape what we build next - not just how we sell it Take ownership of Amazon, Walmart, and other online channels Improve listings, positioning, and conversion Motivate and manage manufacturer reps Give them tools, direction, and accountability Be the connector between the field and the business Support key in-house accounts Step in to back up production coordination when needed Help with invoicing, routing, and order flow to keep things moving Requirements Experience in Sales, Marketing and want broader ownership Commercially minded. Understand pricing, margins, and what drives revenue Comfortable wearing multiple hats Zoom out strategically and execute fast Helpful to have worked with Amazon, Walmart, or ecommerce marketplaces Experience with distributor or rep-driven sales models

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
