Sales Manager

Sands Ford of Red Hill is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team to success. Previous Ford experience is preferred. Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Manage inventory, pricing, and dealership sales processes. Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction. Work closely with the finance and service teams for seamless operations.

Requirements:

✔ Previous Ford dealership experience preferred ✔ Proven track record in automotive sales management ✔ Strong leadership and team-building skills ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities ✔ Experience with CRM and dealership management software

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
