Sales Manager

OneSource Solutions is seeking driven Sales Account Representatives to help customers streamline their move. As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for our next best leader who is skilled, ambitious, and goal centric. As a Sales Leader, you will receive hands-on training, provide product knowledge, and on-going mentorship during ramp up. Our Sales Leaders are seen and heard!

What You Will Do:

Interview, train, develop, and lead a team of sales representatives Perform coaching and performance conversations Collaborate on SBU sales metrics, expectations and monthly goals Set team sales targets and track performance against goals Partake in Leadership trainings, development and meetings to provide feedback and Insite Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to achieve sales targets and objectives Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales pipeline status

What You Should Have:

Proven experience in sales management (3 years minimum) Goal-centric and metrics-driven Technology savvy Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
