Responsibilities:

Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders Be proficient with inventory management Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI) Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals

Proven track record of achieving goals Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment Outstanding communication skills Self-motivated Ability to manage and lead people Excellent organizational skills Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
