Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing, mentoring, and scaling a team of field sales reps. You'll work directly in the field to support reps, model effective sales strategies, and develop winning market approaches. This is not a desk job it's a leadership position that requires presence, drive, and the ability to build a high-energy team culture.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a team of B2B Sales Associates in your local territory Set daily goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance across the team Train and coach reps on customer engagement, product knowledge, and closing skills Develop local territory strategies to drive growth and maximize conversion Maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and our partners Participate in active field support, ride-alongs, and performance reviews Recruit, onboard, and ramp new team members as needed

What We're Looking For:
