Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, Follow up and help close sales deals, foster a customer-centric environment, implement and manage operating procedures and handle the F&I division of the sales department . Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of retail management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our store while developing your management skills with an established business in a growing industry. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Manage F&I department Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth daily functioning. Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain excellent customer relationships. Supervise shift management, cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions on retail math, marketing initiatives, and product knowledge to enhance team capabilities. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales management or assistant manager roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory control, and management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within a retail environment; experience with retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising, stocking, and store management is essential. Excellent communication skills along with organizational skills for managing multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems, wireless sales environments (if applicable), cash handling procedures, and retail marketing techniques. Ability to handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, training & development programs, inventory management tools, and shift scheduling confidently. Previous experience in grocery stores or similar retail sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
