Sales Manager

Sales Manager We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager who loves working with the community on the front lines of customer service, marketing to business to business customers they should be friendly, personable, enjoy performing a range of duties, and working in a team environment often including: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following: Supervision of sales floor staff, instilling a customer service and sales oriented culture Resolve customer issues Create and maintain customer relationships with commercial and contractor accounts Coordinate with Purchasing Manager for special orders and sales leads Set a positive example by following company procedures and positive communication Answer telephones (before the third ring) direct calls appropriately All other duties as needed

Required Skills:

Ability to solve problems, work independently and as a team Proficiency in all store technology Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
