Job Purpose We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive eCommerce sales growth and support the development and launch of new products across multiple channels including Amazon, iHerb, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

Responsibilities Ecommerce Sales & Channel Management:

Manage and grow sales on platforms such as Amazon, iHerb, and Shopify Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, A+ content) Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activity Track performance metrics (sales, conversion, traffic, ROI)

Digital Marketing Execution:

Plan & digital campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, social media) Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaign Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI Create marketing materials (flyers, product pages, ads)

Product Development & Launch:

Support development of new dietary supplement and skincare products Conduct market research and competitive analysis Assist in product positioning, naming, and pricing strategy Coordinate with R D, QA, and production teams for product rollout Develop launch plans including marketing, sales strategy, and timelines

Sales Support Business Development:

Support B2B and retail sales initiatives (including consignment programs) Prepare sales materials and presentations Assist in identifying new sales channels and partnership opportunities

Qualification Required:

2-5 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or sales Experience with Amazon Seller Central (highly preferred) Strong analytical skills (Excel, data interpretation) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Experience in dietary supplements, skincare Familiarity with iHerb platform Experience with product development or product launch cycles Knowledge of FDA dietary supplement or cosmetic regulations Experience with Canva, Shopify, or marketing tool Compensation Competitive salary $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience) Performance-based bonus (linked to sales growth) Health benefits 401(k) Paid time off

Responsibilities Machinery & System Related:

• Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot plant machinery system, facility, equipment and utilities
• Carry out installation (IQ) of works, facility, automation system and utility equipment
• Set up and conduct tests (OQ) of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance
• Provide technical user requirement specification (URS) for equipment /machine purchasing, support procurement for technical clarification, and perform comparison and evaluation
• Draft and harmonize qualification, operation, and maintenance protocols (SOP) of process equipment, and perform qualification test (SAT) according to qualification protocol
• Implement supplier and vendor management procedure, and manage equipment and utilities spare parts to better service facility, equipment, and utilities
• Support QA department for annual GMP audit preparation, CAPA implementation, and resolve deviations
• Ad hoc as necessary Outside Service & Training
• Supervise, coordinate, and contact contractors/vendors and be responsible for the quality control of contractor/vendor's service to ensure the service complies with expectation
• Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections
• Train production workers on maintaining & operating machines

Qualification Education & Work Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, AC, purified water system, compressed air, and/or electrical is a plus
• Bilingual of English and Chinese is a plus

Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly

Mechanical:

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
