Sales Person Cashier

Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products through engaging product demos and personalized assistance Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately Conduct upselling by introducing additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is well-organized and inviting for shoppers Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring product availability Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer needs Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Ability to perform retail math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and inventory management Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management procedures Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with shoppers Familiarity with grocery store operations, including cashiering, stocking, and product demos is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team that thrives on delivering exceptional service while building your career in retail sales!
