ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Sell new and used vehicles and related products and features with effective communication and negotiation according to procedures and current and long term goals
• Understand the sales process and the product being sold, including sales promotions, campaigns, contracts, warranty and service options and financing
• Promptly greet customers and be responsive to inquiries
• Fulfill continuing education and new-vehicle certification requirements
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties, services, by taking customers on drives, and effectively displaying vehicles and merchandise
• Complete reports for Sales Manager
• Manage customer vehicle appraisal and trades and required documentation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Current and valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company and its insurance carrier

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive sales experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Flexibility, including the ability to squat and bend

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
