• The Non-Negotiables ( Read This Twice ) You MUST live within 15 miles of Union City/Fremont (94587) You have 2+ years of face-to-face marketing, sales, or relationship-building specifically within healthcare (Hospitals, Rehabs, Senior Facilities) You have 2+ years of verifiable work history with the SAME employer (we value long-term partners, not job-hoppers) You have a reliable vehicle for the Tri-Valley/Fremont area and can pass a fingerprint scan and drug screen on Day 1•

The Mission:

Deliver Results Daily You instinctively know how to navigate a hospital or rehab center. You don't just "visit"

• you build the bridges that move cases forward.

Cultivate deep relationships with Nurses, Social Workers, and Discharge Planners. Represent our agency in the Fremont/Union City community at events and meet-ups. You set your weekly outreach plan. We provide the support; you provide the hustle, the flavor, and the connections Keep tabs on local leads and opportunities to ensure we remain a premier provider•
