Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand our customer base. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and personalized customer service. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Manage territory sales by planning strategic visits, tracking progress via CRM software like Salesforce, and optimizing routes for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools to facilitate analysis skills and reporting accuracy. Experience Proven track record in B2B sales, retail sales, or technology sales with a focus on direct sales and inside/outside sales strategies. Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and account growth within competitive markets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities to upsell products and close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client data and tracking sales progress. Experience conducting product demos, technical presentations, and analysis to meet client needs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring cold calling, market analysis skills, and proactive outreach efforts.
