Job Summary/ Responsibilities Always maintain a safe work environment and take into consideration your safety, the safety of other employees and the safety of our customers. The Sales Representative will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service along with assessing customers' need. Maintains exceptional knowledge of appliances/ parts including product features as the industry changes. Understand inventory system and ensure appliance/ parts are in stock or potential availability to communicate to customers. Maintains knowledge of computer software systems and other technology systems. Ensure daily sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining awareness of detail. Team up with co-workers to provide superior customer service. Responsible for maintaining cash drawers and balancing cash, credit cards and checks transactions daily. Preparing daily cash-out reports accurately. Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel. Ensure store is clean, presentable and product is well displayed. Adheres to company policies/procedures and protocols. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday. Must have great communication skills verbally/ written. Strong computer skills. Positive attitude and willing to learn. Must be willing to work as a team player. Must have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance. Able to multitask calmly and efficiently. Must be knowledgeable of appliances. Physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary to perform job.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
