Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and expanding our market reach. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Conduct route driving to visit clients efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing overall sales performance. Manage pricing strategies effectively to offer competitive yet profitable solutions for clients. Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Handle heavy lifting when necessary to set up displays or transport inventory safely and efficiently. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules for optimal workflow management. Demonstrate excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations to ensure safe and compliant route driving at all times. Collaborate with team members to identify new sales opportunities and improve overall sales strategies. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential. Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising practices is advantageous. Experience in route driving or commercial driving enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Strong math skills are important for handling transactions and pricing calculations accurately. Familiarity with heavy lifting, organizational skills, and safety procedures related to physical tasks is beneficial. Military experience involving logistics or sales can provide valuable skills applicable to this position. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you excel in engaging customers and closing sales effectively.
