The Opportunity We're looking for a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and industry partners. You'll launch new products, execute sales programs, and provide direct market feedback that shapes our business. This in-office role offers hands-on involvement in product launches and strategic account management. What You'll Do

• Build and expand existing distributor and dealer accounts.
• Identify and close new business opportunities aligned with market demand.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.
• Introduce new products to key accounts and drive adoption.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with customers.
• Provide technical product support via phone, email, and CRM.
• Develop long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Coach and support independent sales representatives in field.
• Represent company professionally at trade shows and meetings.
• Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
• Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities. What You'll Bring
• 2-4 years B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in-office as collaborative team member.
• Experience in automotive, powersports, or racing industries preferred.
• Territory or key account management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wholesale, e-commerce, or retail sales models.
• Ability to deliver product training or technical presentations.
• Sales training or negotiation expertise preferred. What We Offer

• 55,000 based on experience.
