Job Description

- Proactively develop new business and expand territory coverage
- Identify, approach, and convert new customers within the assigned market
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion
- Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Travel within territory to visit customers and strengthen relationships
- Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed What We're Looking For

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable with business development and building relationships from scratch
- Ability to understand customer needs beyond pricing
- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving sales environment Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
- Automotive aftermarket experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000
- $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission based on sales performance
