Sales Representative (B2B - IT & Security) Full-Time | Outside Sales | Northeast Georgia About ACG Solutions ACG Solutions provides Managed IT Services and Physical Security solutions, including fire systems, video surveillance, access control, and structured cabling. We help businesses operate securely, efficiently, and reliably across Northeast Georgia. Role Summary We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth by selling Managed IT Services and Physical Security solutions . This role focuses on prospecting, onsite consultations, solution presentations, and closing new accounts while growing recurring revenue. This position is field-based and ideal for a self-starter who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary plus commission (strong earning potential, including six figures)

  • Local travel required (transportation discussed during hiring) Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close new business for Managed IT and Security solutions
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and marketing leads
  • Meet with prospects onsite to assess needs and present solutions
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope and price solutions
  • Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and service agreements
  • Track all activities and opportunities in the CRM
  • Participate in project handoff meetings to ensure successful delivery
  • Grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) while maintaining healthy margins Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable discussing technology and business solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Preferred:
  • Experience selling Managed IT Services or security solutions
  • ConnectWise Sell experience
  • Industry sales certifications Schedule Monday-Friday Standard business hours with flexibility for: Customer onsite meetings Networking events and industry functions Occasional after-hours appointments as needed to support sales activity
Pay:
$42,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
