Salary Range:

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable.
• Posses an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-started with a sense of urgency.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Communicate with our hot leads.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Understanding the prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
