You'll be one of the first hires as they launch their new location, you will be the catalyst of their expansion. You'll play a key part in building out the service division. What they do This is a commercial roofing specialist, dealing with both industrial & commercial clients across the mid-west. Most of their work is focused on Service & Re-roofing projects, up to $5m. They also have design and consulting services in addition to installation, repair, and maintenance. Your role Generate and maintain a book of business. Cold call, marketing, and commercial door knock. Be the face of the company as they launch their new branch What you'll need 2+ years in a commercial sales position A book of contacts would be advantageous Ability to self-generate leads
