Job Description

Overview We are a family-owned multi-million dollar enterprise specializing in the installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of fuel tanks and related equipment that service over 32k commercial and residential customers. With a staff of 70+, our services extend far beyond tank installation to environmental consulting, third-party inspections, UST operator training and Veeder-Root certifications. We're proud to call many of New England's premier businesses "customer" and feel honored that they trust us with bigger, more complex challenges every day. Our offices are located in MA and NH, and we continue to grow. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and market analysis. This role requires a proactive approach to lead account management, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Establish and maintain customer rapport by providing outstanding customer service and follow up on commitments for successful project completion. Experience in one or more of the following industries is strongly preferred: Petroleum equipment, Environmental services, Industrial services, Fuel systems, Construction services, Tank inspection/compliance. Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively. Ability to take initiative, own issues and problem solve solutions. Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Strong technical mathematics and reasoning skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer service. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Comfortable conducting on-site industrial and commercial visits.
Qualifications:
3+ years of outside sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written). Self-motivated and driven. Strong time-management skills, well organized and detail oriented. Existing relationships within the petroleum or facilities management industry. Knowledge of EPA and state petroleum compliance regulations.
Familiarity with:
UST/AST inspections, NFPA standards, SPCC requirements, Fuel polishing and Generator fuel systems. Experience selling recurring compliance or inspection services. Possess a valid driver's license.
