We take pride in quality craftsmanship and building lasting relationships with our clients — and we need a sharp, people-forward Sales Rep & Estimator to help us keep growing. What You'll Do Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project scope and needs Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for interior renovation projects (painting, flooring, drywall, and more) Follow up on leads, close contracts, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Build and nurture long-term client relationships and generate referrals Coordinate with the field crew to ensure estimates align with real project expectations Track proposals, follow-ups, and job statuses using CRM or project management tools What We're Looking For Experience in construction sales, estimating, or a related field (interior renovation knowledge is a big plus) Confident communicator — comfortable in both in-home consultations and phone/email follow-ups Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads at once Familiarity with estimating software or willingness to learn Valid driver's license — you'll be visiting job sites and client homes across our service area Honest, professional, and client-focused What We Offer Competitive base pay + commission structure Paid training on our services, processes, and estimating tools Growth potential as the company expands — leadership roles available A supportive team that backs you up in the field
