We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outdoor Furniture Sales Associate to join our team at our brand-new Bruceton Mills location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a sales-driven environment. This position will begin with paid training at our Morgantown location , with transition to our new Bruceton Mills showroom upon opening (End of May to early June).

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and designing outdoor furniture to fit their space Provide product knowledge and recommendations on materials, styles, and customization Deliver a high-end, consultative sales experience Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely manner Process orders and maintain accurate sales records Assist with loading purchased furniture when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom Follow up with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business Available for Full Time Hours if willing to work at Morgantown Location as well

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred (retail or commission-based is a plus) Interest in furniture, design, or outdoor living Ability to lift and assist with furniture loading Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems

Compensation & Benefits:

$15

• $20 per hour (based on experience) Commission pay with strong earning potential based on sales performance and work ethic Paid training starting immediately Clear opportunities for advancement within a growing company

Schedule:

This position follows a retail-focused schedule designed around peak customer traffic :

• Approximately 35 hours per week
• Weekend availability required (Saturday is a key sales day)
