Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Drive Retail Success The Sales Representative position is the most important role within the company and involves direct interaction with customers in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. •

Professional Sales:

Provide exceptional service by expertly promoting and demonstrating our unique line of vegan, cruelty-free, organic-quality fragrances and skincare. •

Achieve Sales Goals:

Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing directly to the department's success. •

Product Communication:

Effectively communicate the benefits of our products, highlighting the organic ingredients, cruelty-free certification, and the crowd-favorite fact that we bottle them locally. •

Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers in a friendly, approachable, and outgoing manner, demonstrating genuine interest in their needs to drive strong sales. •

Punctuality & Readiness:
