About the Role As a Sales Representative at Metro by T-Mobile, you'll be the face of the brand — providing outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the best wireless solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork, communication, and energy drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless plans, phones, and accessories. Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and network features. Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are clean and organized. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture. Education High School Diploma or GED preferred . Work Experience 6 months to 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Passionate about creating positive customer interactions while meeting goals. Competitive drive, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Quick learner, self-motivated, and comfortable using technology and digital tools. Licenses and Certifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
