Sales Specialist
  • Insurance Agency Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing insurance agency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people make informed decisions, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with empathy, resilience, and a proactive mindset. As a Sales Specialist, you will connect with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage solutions Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and pricing Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Ideal Candidate Profile Successful candidates often demonstrate the following personality traits and strengths commonly associated with high-performing customer service and sales professionals: Core Personality Characteristics Outgoing and personable
