Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Support Administrator to support our Sales team, Customer Service team, and customers with pricing execution and sales administration. This is a key on‑site role focused on speed, accuracy, and follow‑through. This position is part of a planned transition , working alongside a long‑tenured employee with the opportunity to grow as systems and technology (including ERP) evolve. Key Responsibilities Support Sales with pricing models, bids, and price changes Maintain and update customer price lists Price customer orders received through Customer Service Prepare and submit pricing and bid information using customer spreadsheets and systems Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to established rules Investigate pricing discrepancies and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and customers Manage multiple and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness Learn and assume increasing responsibility as part of a structured transition What We're Looking For 5-10 years of experience in an office, administrative, or sales support role Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Comfortable working with legacy systems and adapting to new technology (ERP exposure a plus) Ability to prioritize work, pivot when needed, and meet deadlines Clear, professional communicator comfortable working with internal teams and customers On‑site availability required Why This Role Long‑term, stable position with a clear transition plan Trusted role with real responsibility and visibility Collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow as systems and processes modernize
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
