THE ROLE

You'll run calls in the field and own the full job cycle — start to finish. This isn't a role where you hand the baton off to someone else. You diagnose, you present the options, you educate, you build trust, you close, and you do the work. All of it.

this is a hands-on role. You will lift heavy things. You will get dirty. You will crawl into spaces that require a brief moment of personal reflection before entering — and come out the other side having solved a problem most people wouldn't even know how to start. Your day will include:

Diagnosing water heaters and related system issues Presenting service/repair vs. replacement options clearly and honestly ✅ Closing the job and seeing it through to completion Performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard ⚡ Delivering same-day solutions whenever possible Leaving every client feeling genuinely taken care of, not just another call on the board

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Hourly base rate + uncapped commission Typical annual earnings: $80,000 - $150,000+ The harder you work, the more you make. We mean that and we can prove it.

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 40-50 hours per week. No graveyard shifts. No on-call surprises. We run calls 7 days a week so our clients are never left without a solution. Your schedule will be consistent — the days you work won't change week to week, so you can actually plan your life around it. That said, we don't always stop at 5 pm. We stop when the job is done. Just honest, productive days doing work you're proud of.
