Account Executive Intern Phoenix, AZ | Part Time We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship is designed for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in media, advertising, and sales. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real client campaigns while developing professional skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials Conduct research on market trends, industries, and potential clients Help manage and update customer information using CRM systems Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes and follow-ups Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms Learn to analyze client needs and contribute ideas for marketing solutions Provide general administrative and project support to the sales team

REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field) Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Interest in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
