Develop and execute a services sales strategy to meet or exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets Prospect into existing and net-new accounts through outbound efforts, referrals, partner collaboration, and alignment with account teams Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify execution gaps, operational risks, and lifecycle challenges Open, qualify, and advance services opportunities from early engagement through proposal readiness Manage services opportunities through the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM documentation Clearly articulate the value of Hypertec's services to technical, operational, and business stakeholders Identify upcoming customer projects, refresh cycles, rollouts, and operational changes where services can improve predictability and outcomes Position services to reduce delivery risk, improve execution consistency, and support internal IT capacity Partner with account executives to attach services to relevant hardware and software sales motions Build long-term customer relationships that enable recurring and lifecycle-based services opportunities Collaborate with services leadership, operations, engineering, and delivery teams to validate scope and engagement fit Assist in shaping service recommendations, value messaging, and engagement narratives Act as a communication bridge between customers, Sales, and Services teams during early engagement stages Share market feedback and customer insights to help refine services offerings and positioning Participate in pilot campaigns, list building initiatives, and new go to market programs. Expected to meet weekly activity targets and monthly pipeline creation goals. Responsibilities may expand as product offerings, territories, or business needs evolve.What Sets You Apart:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred. 2-5 years of experience in IT service sales, IT services engagement development, technical or operational sales. Demonstrated ability to conduct thoughtful discovery and uncover execution level challenges, not just technical requirements. Comfort prospecting into new accounts using consultative, value led outreach. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills at the professional proficiency level in customer facing interactions. Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) with high standards of accuracy and documentation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by achieving predictable pipeline creation and sales outcomes.
