Job Description Summary:
An excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to launch a successful career in the mortgage industry. Includes paid training, hands-on experience, and the chance to learn from seasoned professionals in wholesale lending. Gain foundational knowledge of mortgage sales, broker relationships, and loan operations through structured online training, mentorship, and collaboration with coaches and leadership. This role is designed to help you grow into a high-performing Centralized Account Executive. Principal Duties Formulate and establish funding projections/goals in conjunction with Wholesale leadership to align with Wholesale and Correspondent loan production, quality, and volume targets Performs initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approval process through inbound and outbound calls Use company provided leads and marketing resources to meet minimum volume goals Collaborates with Wholesale leadership and Corporate business partners to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list Conducts online presentations at broker offices to promote the Company's Value Proposition and present our process, product and technology platforms Serves as subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, products and technology Collaborates with loan operations team to manage active pipeline Escalates second reviews to appropriate Operations/Underwriting leadership Establishes communication protocol with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery Assists clients with lock reconciliation, extensions and exceptions Ensures that clients understand the Company's loan processing, underwriting and closing processes Education and Experience Requirements Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Sales experience preferred. 0-2 years of related experience. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements Persuasive, selling communication skills Connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner Complete work quickly and accurately Effective in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and careful decision-making skill with ability to avoid mistakes Excellent written and communication skills The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Work independently with minimal supervision Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills Will need to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer skills While this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position's requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
