Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research to expand our client base. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals that align with company goals while delivering value. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within office furniture. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently. Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes effectively. Experience in technical sales.
