Account Executive:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include identifying and hiring internal employees as well as skilled and direct hire associates. In person and over the phone cold calling, B2B sales activity conducted daily Negotiating pricing and payment terms with potential new clients looking to use our staffing services Qualifying potential new business for their assigned branch location(s) Developing leads within a given territory Consistently set meetings with potential new clients via cold calling in person or over the phone. Submitting weekly activity reports to management team Generating promotional materials for weekly marketing initiatives Meeting quarterly sales goals given by management team Utilizing company software programs in order to maintain and track leads and current client information Preparing material for business meetings; conducting and leading professional business meetings with top executive personnel Establish rapport and build relationships with clients Ensure client satisfaction via routine check-ins and quarterly business reviews Work with operations time to communicate pipeline and accounts in closing process
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must enjoy communicating in-person with people, outside the office, within your local territory; must have own transportation Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

- Attend at least 6 prospective client meetings per week Existing clients
- Meet with 2 existing clients per week in order to expand partnerships Proposals
- Present at least 2 proposals weekly Closed Accounts
- Close at least 1 account per week Revenue and Gross Profit
- Maintain at least $20,000 in revenue billing (new business) per week or $3,750 in new business GP per week. This equivalates to $1M in new business revenue annually. Quarterly Business Review
- Attend all QBR for assigned territory Prospect List
- Maintain a prospect list of at least 100 customers at all times, must be documented in Avionte #SLY123
