Account Executive - Property Management Software Location Culver City, CA 90230 Date Posted June 08, 2026 Job ID 14763 Employment Type Direct Hire Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Account Executive - Property Management Software for a confidential software company. This role is onsite and based in Culver City, California.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This Account Executive role is responsible for generating new business, conducting software demonstrations, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle. This position works directly with business clients to demonstrate software solutions that support accounting workflows, operational efficiency, reporting, and business management functions. The ideal candidate has experience selling products or services to small and mid-sized businesses and a proven ability to close new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to inbound leads and engage prospective business clients
  • Conduct software demonstrations and present product functionality and value
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and follow-up communication
  • Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and client success
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree that includes coursework in Accounting
  • Experience selling products or services to businesses (B2B sales)
  • Demonstrated success developing new client relationships and closing sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • $75,000 base salary
  • On-target earnings of $110,000-$150,000 annually
