Located in Los Angeles, CA, we are a fast‑growing startup in the freight trucking and logistics industry. We provide Ocean FCL, Transloading, Domestic Freight, and Airfreight services to customers across the U.S. and international markets. We are seeking A‑Player to join our sales team. Responsibilities:
The following Sales activities are required: Cold/warm calls per week, sales visits per week, new accounts per week to be visited, sales leads per week to be generated, new accounts per month to be secured. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of shippers and logistics customers Market and promote our Ocean FCL, Transloading, Domestic, and Airfreight services Resolve customer questions, issues, and freight inquiries Provide customized logistics solutions to drive revenue growth Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow‑up and service excellence Identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Create sales material to present to customers Develop/Support new business Grow and maintain pipeline Work with marketing on outreach per region Manage/track/report sales with internal
CRM Qualifications:
Min of 1 years of trucking sales experience Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or trucking is highly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to identify customer needs and match them with service solutions Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working independently Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Must be an A‑player—driven, accountable, and committed to winning Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Proven track record of achieving quota B2B medium/large enterprise sales Strong negotiation skills Ability to self-manage Existing book of business in the FTL/LTL industry
